Rosa, Was a pleasure to work with you..Good Job & Good Value…My highlights – Old Head, David’s chauffeur service, Vaughan Lodge Hotel & Restaurant. Very good trip. Found the people of Ireland to be very warm and friendly” Len Putonen

“Our trip was worth every dime. Our Chauffeur David from Old Country Golf & Tours was very informative. He gave us insight into the golf courses, drove us to some of the sights and directed us to some fine pubs. I liked his extra effort to bring us water and goodies on the course. He also introduced us to a few of his friends. I feel like I have a new very good friend. The hotels were first class. All staff were very welcoming and courteous. The golf courses were beyond expectation. The views were staggering, particularly at Old Head..

We had a fantastic trip to South West of Ireland and we were so lucky with the weather. Waterville was marvelous. I fell in love with this course. Even better than many of the The Open courses I have played. I had a nice talk to the the legendary Liam Higgins (Pro) and he told us a lot of interesting history of the club. Killarney was a nice alternative to the links and they had a nice club house. Our finish at Old Head was a memory for life time. Spectacular and wonderful scenery. Club House and service was excellent. Waterville is definitely my number 1

Old Country Golf & Tours created one of the most memorable vacation experiences that we have ever had. We are well travelled throughout the states, Caribbean and Europe and never have we had such an enjoyable trip filled with so many laughs, sights, history, unique and interesting experiences and of course, golf! Old Country Golf & Tours put together an itinerary for us that we could have never compiled on our own as first time visitors. Every hotel was beautiful, every restaurant was fantastic and every Pub was warm and welcoming. It was a fantastic experience which we will never forget. We cannot wait to do it again!!

Rosa & David, I don’t believe there was a single thing to do that you didn’t think of. Words can’t adequately express my gratitude, we were honored that David escorted us for the week, anyone who comes to Ireland and does not have the two of you to work with will leave the poorer for it. Our days were packed full of site seeing, yet we never felt rushed. David’s passion for “all things Ireland” is quite evident, we would never have come to understand the country so well without his guidance. I was even converted into a gaelic football fan! David’s energy, enthusiasm and wide breadth of knowledge keep us thoroughly captivated, by the time that we departed we felt like we were leaving family. I’ve never seen a more beautiful place nor met kinder people. Melissa and I will always treasure our time in Ireland. Thank you for all of your efforts and planning.

Warmest Regards, Nanette Richardson

Ballybunion Golf Course

I took a weekend break from London back to Ballybunion October last year. When we arrived David had taken care of everything and served up a treat of a weekend, on and off the course. His local knowledge was fantastic which came in particularly handy while on the course, but was equally valuable off the course when settling into the local nightlife. I’ll be taking a trip back for sure. Thanks again David

The Glens of Antrim is a region of County Antrim comprising nine glens, or valleys, that radiate from the Antrim Plateau to the coast. The inhabitants of the several glens are descended primarily from native Irish and Hebridean Scots. The Glens are an area of outstanding natural beauty and are a major tourist attraction in north Antrim. Principal towns in the Glens are Ballycastle, Cushendun, Cushendall, Waterfoot and Carnlough.
The nine glens from northernmost to southernmost are:Glentaisie, Glenshesk, Glendun, Glencorp, Glenaan, Glenballyeamon, Glenariff, Glencloy, Glenarm

Spent a weekend in September playing golf in Ballybunion and was blown away by the Celtic charm. Even the drive from the airport into the town is scenic with crisp, green farmland and overhanging trees through roads that wind and wind and remind you of times long, long ago. The town itself is overflowing with old, rustic country pubs all serving delicious, home-cooked meals, served with that genuine hospitality, unique to people of Ireland. Highly recommend you experience this for yourself.
