Dingle Golf Links – A great value inclusion on Ireland Golf Tours

Dingle Golf Links (Ceann Sibeal in Irish Gaelic) is thehe most westerly golf course in Europe  and a unique place to visit. Situated on the edge of the breathtaking coastline of southwest Ireland, Dingle Golf Links also represents great value for those embarking on Ireland Golf Tours, each hole on this wonderful links is etched from the natural landscape of one of the most untamed and rustic parts of the country.

Dingle town and region are well worth a stopover for any golfers visiting County Kerry on Ireland golf tours, with dazzling scenery all along the peninsula, a reputation for delicious locally caught seafood and traditional pubs with live and often impromptu music sessions you will find many in this part of Kerry who speak our native Irish language and the friendly natives will be delighted to teach you a word or two of Irish Gaelic!

Steve Fahy, General Manager, Dingle Golf Links (Ceann Sibeal)
At 6737 yds., 18 Hole Par 72, is one of the truly traditional links. With a winding “burn” that twists and turns through the entire course. Designed by Eddie Hackett and playable throughout the year.   Dingle Golf Links has full bar & restaurant facilities with views of all 18 golf holes.

Art Flewelling, Evergreen, ColoradoI booked tee times at Dingle Golf Links months in advance after reviewing many of the golf courses in Ireland. This one seemed to be reasonably priced yet a true links course. This course turned out to be a great value. It’s remote, but I believe it’s probably a good representation of what golf was like in Ireland a 100 years ago. Staff at Dingle Golf Links were friendly and the course was in good condition. Not crowded or rushed. Enjoyed our time here. Just bring plenty of balls. If you go off into the rough, it’s so deep you seldom find your ball.

John, Waterford, Virginia, United States
First round of official links golf was at Dingle Golf Links. Had a great time with my sons – wonderful landscape, course was in great condition and was a super value. Not a single complaint. Even forgot our rain gear in the rental clubs and came back the next day to find them!
